Who can use it

Any employee whose login is linked to an employee record. If you see "Your account is not linked to an employee", ask HR to link it.

My HR, My profile and Pay history need no permission: everyone sees their own data.

My HR

My HR is one page for everything about you: your profile, time and leave, requests and approvals, and (for managers) your team.

Where: HR → Self service → My HR. The Self service group also holds My documents, My letters, My timesheet, My announcements and My resignation. It shows only to people with an employee record.

The top card shows your name, designation, department, branch, ID, joining date, who you report to and an In probation tag if it applies. Three counters open their page:

Counter What it counts Opens
Waiting for you Requests waiting for your decision Approval inbox
My open requests Your requests still pending Approval requests
Documents to look at Your documents that were rejected or expire within 60 days My documents

Below are tiles in groups. You only see the tiles your role can open, so some may be missing. A number on a tile means something is waiting.

Group Tile Opens Count on tile
About me My profile Your employee profile Your pending change requests
My documents Your IDs, certificates and contracts Documents to look at
My letters Request and download letters
Pay history Your payslips and pay periods
Tax declaration Your income tax declaration
Time and leave My attendance Clock in and out, see your days
Attendance corrections Ask to fix a missed or wrong punch
Leave balance Your balance by leave type
Leave requests Apply for leave
Requests and approvals Approvals inbox Everything waiting for your decision Waiting items
Forms and requests Fill in request forms
Requests I sent Where each request stands Your open requests
My resignation Give notice and follow it (see Offboarding)
My team My team (managers only) Your reports Direct reports
Org chart Who reports to whom
Probation (managers only) Who is in probation

If you see "Your account has no employee profile", ask HR to link your login to your employee record.

HR and admin accounts without an employee profile see "This page is for employees" on these personal pages. Where an HR page covers the same area, the menu opens it instead: My expenses opens Expense claims, My travel opens Travel desk, and My reviews opens All reviews.

My profile and change requests

My profile opens your own employee profile. You can see all of your own details, including bank and ID numbers.

Some sections, such as Contact (addresses, emergency contacts), Family, Bank, IDs and Education and work, are not edited directly. Instead:

  1. Open the tab and click Request to add, or Edit on an existing row.
  2. Fill in the form. It says "This change is sent for approval and is applied once it is approved."
  3. Click Send request.

The tab then shows Changes waiting for approval, with each request (Add, Change or Remove) and its status: Waiting, Approved, Rejected or Withdrawn. Click Withdraw to cancel a waiting request. Nothing changes on your profile until it is approved.

HR staff with the "Approve" permission for profile change requests decide them in the Approval inbox. Nobody approves their own change: an HR person's own request goes to their manager.

Pay history

Pay history shows your own Payslips first (month, run, net pay, Download; the PDF may need the password your organization set), then your pay periods, newest first: the amount and frequency, the dates it applied (to "now" for the current one), the reason for the change and a Current tag. The "Payslip ready" email opens this page with that payslip marked. You never see anyone else's payslip here.

My tax declaration

Tax declaration lets you declare investments and exemptions for the tax year.

  1. Choose the Tax regime. It decides which categories you can declare.
  2. Enter an amount per category. Each shows its yearly limit and whether it Needs a proof.
  3. Click Save draft, then Attach proof where needed (save first).
  4. Click Submit. The status becomes Waiting for a decision. Click Withdraw to change it.

The right-hand card, Your tax so far and ahead, projects the year's tax. It is an estimate; payroll works out the real deduction. If you declare after a payroll run of the year was locked, the declaration applies from the next run. HR reviews declarations under HR → Payroll → Tax declarations; see Payroll setup.

My team (managers)

My team lists the people who report to you with today's status: Present, Late, Absent, Half day, On leave or No punch yet. Switch between Direct reports and Whole chain, and search by name or ID. Click a person to open their profile if your role allows it.

It is open to people with direct reports, and to roles given the "My team" List permission (for example HR business partners). You only see people inside your data scope.

Approvers

If you approve for others (team lead or manager), open Approval inbox, review each request and Approve or Reject with a reason.

Example scenario

Sumi at Padma Net Support needs Friday morning off. She opens Leave applications, clicks Apply for Leave, picks "Casual Leave", marks Friday as a half day (first half), writes the reason and submits. Her team lead approves from the Approval inbox the same day. Later Sumi moves house: in My HR → My profile → Contact she clicks Edit on her address and sends the request. HR approves it in the Approval inbox and the new address appears. Her manager, Kamal Hossain, opens My HR → My team each morning to see who is late or on leave.

Troubleshooting and FAQ

I cannot see Leaves or Payroll. Your role does not include them. Ask HR.

I cannot find my payslip. Payroll for that month has not been locked or paid yet.

I cannot find My HR in the menu. It is under HR → Self service, and only for people with an employee record. Ask HR to link your user to your employee profile.

I changed my bank account but the old one still shows. The change is waiting for approval. Check Changes waiting for approval on the Bank tab.

The My team tile is missing. Nobody reports to you and your role has no "My team" permission.

Tax declaration says "Declarations are not set up for you". Your country has no tax regimes set up, or you are not linked to a legal entity. Ask HR.
