Assets

Track everything your company owns and uses: routers, ONUs, laptops, fiber reels and consumables. See where each item is, who has it, what it cost and when it needs service, and manage buying, moving and retiring it.

All pages are under Assets & Inventory in the left menu. What you see depends on your role and plan.

How the pieces fit

1. Asset setup and Locations: define categories, brands, units and where things are kept.
2. Products: the catalog. Define an item once and choose how it is tracked.
3. Procurement: requisition, approval, purchase order, goods receipt. Receiving goods creates the stock or units.
4. Assets and Inventory: individual units and bulk stock.
5. Transfers: move stock between places.
6. Vendors: suppliers, bills, payments, returns, warranty claims.
7. Maintenance schedules, Stock audits, Disposals: look after items and retire them.
8. My assets: every employee sees what they hold, asks for items and reports problems.
9. Depreciation, Cost views, Total cost: what assets are worth, who spends what, and what each item really cost.
10. Licenses, Contracts, Bookings, Kits: software seats and renewals, leases and insurance with instalments, booking shared items, and sets of items handed over together.
