Administration

Administration

Set up and run the organization itself: people and roles, branches, security, the plan and billing, and workspace-wide options. Module-specific settings (CRM, tickets, phone and so on) live under Module setup, described in each module's own section.

Who sees this group

The Settings app appears only for people whose role allows at least one of its pages. Some pages are narrower still:

Page Who
Workspace admins The workspace Owner only
Modules The workspace Owner and workspace admins
Plan & billing People who may edit the organization, and (for invited workspace admins) only when Billing access is on
Custom domain Administrators with the custom-domain permission
AI Workspaces with the phone module
Team members Shown only when the HR module is not in your plan; with HR, people are added under HR → Employees

The current layout puts these pages under Settings. See the Menu map. Two newer pages: Directory sync and AI knowledge hub.

Suggested order for a new organization

  1. Organization: company details, country, currency, timezone.
  2. Branches and their settings.
  3. Roles then team members.
  4. Security: two-factor policy and, if wanted, single sign-on.
  5. Storage, custom domain, AI.
  6. Plan and billing: add a payment method before the trial ends.
