CRM

CRM

Everything you need to find, win and look after customers: clients, leads, deals, quotes and the automation and privacy tools around them.

How the CRM fits together

A typical journey: a lead arrives (a call, a web form, an ad) and is scored and assigned. A salesperson follows up with tasks, sequences and meetings, then creates a deal in a pipeline, adds line items and sends a quote. When the deal is won the lead becomes a client, whose record gathers calls, emails, tickets and notes on one timeline. Workflows automate the routine steps, and the privacy tools keep personal data under control.

The full menu in the current layout, with every settings page, is in the Menu map.

Platform keys

Email sync and Calendar sync need a platform administrator to add the Google and Microsoft sign-in keys first. If a page says "not set up", that is the cause.
