  3. Choose Who = Salesperson "Tanvir", Metric = Deal value won, Target = 500000.
  4. Save. Actual figures fill in from won deals automatically.
  5. Next month click Copy to next period instead of retyping.

Example scenario

A Dhaka ISP sets October targets: each of 4 salespeople has 500,000 BDT deal value won and 40 new leads. On the 20th of the month (65% elapsed) Tanvir has 38% and shows Behind pace. His manager checks the Attainment report.

Tips and FAQ

  • Also set Calls made targets for outbound teams; calls are counted automatically.
  • Actual stays at zero. Deals only count when marked Won in the period.
  • The deal reports page shows Targets this period next to the win/loss numbers.
