CRM

Zapier and Make

Connect 9bx to thousands of other apps without code. 9bx events start your Zaps or scenarios, and they can create or update 9bx records.

What you need

  • A Developer API key (Settings → Developer API) with the permissions the app asks for: managing webhooks, and reading or writing clients, leads, deals, tickets, companies and calls as you need.
  • Your workspace's API address, shown on the same page.

Triggers (instant)

New client, New lead, New deal, Deal won, Deal lost, New company, Updated company, New ticket, Updated ticket, New ticket reply, Missed call, Call ended.

When you turn a Zap or scenario on, it subscribes to the event in 9bx; turning it off removes the subscription. You can see these subscriptions under Developer API → Webhooks.

Actions

Create or update a client, lead, deal, ticket or company. Only the fields you fill are sent, so an update changes nothing else. A new deal goes into your default pipeline and its first stage unless you choose others.

Set up

  1. In Zapier or Make, add the 9bx app and choose Connect.
  2. Paste the API address and the API key.
  3. Pick a trigger or an action and map the fields.

Ask 9bx support for the app invite link if the 9bx app is not listed in your Zapier or Make account yet.

Troubleshooting

  • "insufficient scope": the key is missing a permission; edit the key and add it.
  • Nothing triggers: check the Zap is on and the event's subscription is listed under Developer API → Webhooks.
