Who can use it
Staff with the calendar-connection permission. Needs the Calendar sync and booking links plan feature (Pro and Enterprise at the time of writing). A platform administrator must have set up Google and Microsoft sign-in.
Where: CRM → CRM settings → Calendar & booking.
Connect your calendar
- Open Calendar & booking, section Your calendar.
- Click Connect next to Google or Outlook and sign in.
- When done you see "{provider} calendar connected. Syncing has started."
- Choose your options:
- Send my CRM events to this calendar: events you own appear in your calendar and stay in step.
- Import meetings with my clients: calendar events that include a client's email become CRM events.
- Use Sync now, Connect again (after an error) or Disconnect as needed. The panel shows the Last sync time.
Booking pages
A booking page is a public link for one type of meeting.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Title | For example "Intro call" |
| Description | Shown to the visitor |
| Location or meeting link | Google Meet link, office address and so on |
| Your timezone | Times are shown in the visitor's own timezone too |
| Meeting length (minutes) | Duration |
| Start a slot every (minutes) | How often a new time is offered |
| Buffer before / after (minutes) | Gap kept free around each meeting |
| Minimum notice (minutes) | 240 means no bookings in the next 4 hours |
| Bookable days ahead | How far in the future people can book |
| Most meetings per day | Leave empty for no limit |
| Working hours | For each weekday, the hours you accept bookings, or Unavailable |
| Accepting bookings | Turn off to pause the link without deleting it |
Share a booking link
- Click New booking page.
- Enter the title, length and your working hours, for example Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 17:00, a 30-minute length and 15 minutes buffer after.
- Click Save: "Booking page created".
- On the page's card click Copy link, then paste it into an email, a WhatsApp message or your website.
- To pause it, edit the page and turn off Accepting bookings (the card shows Paused); Delete removes it and stops it working at once. Meetings already booked stay.
What the visitor sees
The visitor picks a day and time, enters Your name, Email, Phone and notes, and clicks Confirm booking. They get a confirmation email with a calendar file and a link to Cancel or reschedule. If the time was taken a moment before, they see "That time was just taken. Please pick another." Too many attempts show "Too many attempts. Please try again later."
The booking appears in your calendar and in the CRM as an event.
Upcoming bookings
The Upcoming bookings list shows each booking. Cancel opens "Cancel this booking?" and emails the person that the meeting is cancelled.
Example scenario
Sales executive Nusrat shares a 20-minute "Corporate demo" link in a WhatsApp message to Tahmina Akter. Tahmina picks Tuesday 11:00. The meeting shows in Nusrat's Google Calendar and in her Events page, and a sequence step "Meeting booked" stops any further follow-up for that lead.
Tips
- Use buffers so back-to-back demos do not overrun.
- Set a Most meetings per day limit to protect your day.
