Event fields
Title, type, Start Date and time, end, Repeat (and Repeat until, or "Never ends"), Color, Attach to (a client, lead or similar record), Remind me (on the day, or the day before; a repeating event is reminded before each occurrence) and description.
Deleting an event removes it together with every repeat of it.
Add an event
- Open Events → Add new.
- Enter a title, choose the date and time, and a colour.
- To repeat it weekly, choose Repeat and set Repeat until.
- Use Attach to to link it to a client so it shows on the client's timeline.
- Choose a reminder and save.
Example scenario
A field engineer books site visits. Imran adds "Fibre splice check - Uttara office" for Thursday 11:00, attached to the client, reminder "The day before". After the visit he opens the event and chooses Mark complete; it also appears in the client's Activity timeline.
Tips and FAQ
- Events I booked through a booking link are not here. They appear when the calendar is connected and sync has run; use Sync now in Calendar & booking.
